Kim Turner – Administrative Staff at Mike Seder Group Real Estate Company who also serves as Closing Coordinator, and has worked for us for nearly 17 years.

A native Texan, Kim resides in Conroe with her husband and three children. Her job entails assisting clients who are under contract to prepare for closing. This includes final walk-throughs of the home, scheduling and meeting contractors for repairs, ordering inspections, following the process with mortgage companies and staying in communication with the title company to ensure a smooth closing. When not working, Kim enjoys antiquing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
