Cochran’s Crossing
Cochran’s Crossing is surrounded by parks, shopping centers, and many delicious restaurants. Nearby, it features The Palmer Golf course and the Bear Branch Sports Complex. The village has excellent schools and a community association with regular events.

Creekside Park
Established in 2007, Creekside Park is the largest new development in The Woodlands. It features new construction and is close to Rob Fleming Park, George Mitchell Nature Preserve, excellent schools, and Creekside Village Shopping Center. At the heart, you’ll find the Village Green!

Sterling Ridge
Sterling Ridge, a growing village in The Woodlands, has over 5,000 homes, extensive trails and parks, disc golf, shopping centers, golf courses, libraries, and schools. It hosts community events like The Holiday Light contest and an annual Barbecue Festival.

Indian Springs
Indian Springs is a family-friendly neighborhood in the southern area of The Woodlands. It has 2,200 homes, over 6,000 residents, multiple parks, a shopping center, and great schools. The area features hills and access to the George Mitchell Nature Preserve.

Alden Bridge
Alden Bridge is a large family-friendly neighborhood in The Woodlands, with over 18,000 residents, excellent schools, 20 parks, and 2 large shopping centers. The area has its own active Facebook page with many activities for residents.

College Park
College Park is a village near major institutions like Lone Star College Montgomery and Sam Houston State University. It has six parks, excellent schools, and is close to medical centers and major areas like Woodlands Waterway and The Woodlands Mall.

East Shore
East Shore, located on Lake Woodlands, is known as the garden district. It has parks, trails, and green spaces. It’s close to shopping, entertainment, and schools. Residents have access to the clubhouse with fitness center, pool, and recreation room. There’s easy commuting with nearby highways.

Grogan’s Mill
Grogan’s Mill, the first village in the Woodlands is located off of i-45, and close to parks, restaurants, and shopping. It has larger lots, mature trees, great schools, and recreational activities. It’s home to the Woodlands Resort and Country Club, with community events and scenic views.

Panther Creek
Panther Creek, the second village in the Woodlands was established in 1977 and has 12,000 residents in 22 subdivisions, with parks, trails, golf, and shopping centers. It borders Lake Woodlands and has easy access to major roads, schools, and recreational areas. The village is known for its black panther folklore and community events.

Town Center
The Woodlands’ Town Center, located west of I-45, is a commercial and entertainment hub with many attractions such as the Woodlands Mall, Market Street, and the Waterway. It offers various housing options and hosts several events throughout the year, attracting over 20 million visitors yearly.
